This was our first ever build and the process went a lot smoother than we can initially were expecting. Terri Marks was very easy to work with, personally attentive, and went above & beyond to make our dream home become a reality.  The fact that the builder of such prestigious homes; personally takes the time to call and/or message you to answer questions or concerns is an amazing quality to have when it comes to building your dream home.  We would highly recommend Terri Marks and her team at Providence Homes if you are looking to build.

As We began making plans for a move to the KC area last summer, we developed a checklist: The must haves, The wish fors. and The can do withouts”. A “New Home” quickly rose to the top of the “Must Have List”. We then began to search the new home communities in the KC area. We quickly realized that Providence Homes in the Brookwood Farms community in Spring Hill had all the “Must Haves”: Open Floor Plan allowing for easy liveability, energy efficient appliances, and a turnkey landscape package, including, sprinkler system, sod and landscape Most New Home Communities offered very similar amenities but the winning factor was a “Wish For”: outstanding quality in workmanship, trim work and finish work. We did not find another community that offered all the must haves, can’t do without and WISH FORs. Often, once a contract is signed relationships take a negative turn. However, our relationship
with Providence Homes only improved during the summer of supply chain disruptions.  Their follow up and follow through kept the build process on target to meet the Close date. Their attention to each and every detail no matter how insignificant has given us a home to be enjoyed, As a result, the home will wear very well for years to come.

When we bought our home in the spring of 2011 we knew we wanted a home that we would raise both of our girls in. After looking at many different builders we are so glad we moved forward with Providence Homes. Our house was about 12 weeks from being finished when we bought it and we decided to finish the basement. Terri and her staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so good to incorporate our ideas, stay on schedule, and answer any questions that we might have. I have to say the attention that Terri and her team provide to their customers doesn’t stop after you have the keys to your new home. They are wonderful to follow up on any issues you might have even after you are settled. Even two and a half years later I can still call her and she is more than happy to help or point us is the right direction.
